Can I order just one item?

Yes, we have no minimum order quantity. However, pricing decreases as quantity increases.

 

Can I request a pre-production sample?

Yes. We can offer pre-production samples for large orders. Please let us know if pre-production samples are required. Please note that additional
charges may apply. Postage fees will apply.

 

Do you offer custom cut styles?

No, we do not offer bespoke or custom-cut garments. All garments are based on pre-set styles.

 

Can I reorder the same design later?

What printing method do you use?

We use high-quality sublimation printing, ensuring long-lasting colours and detail.

 

What materials are the garments made from?

We use polyester micromesh – a breathable, lightweight, and durable fabric perfect for sport.

 

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

 

Can I see a proof before my order is finalised?

Yes, we’ll provide a digital mock-up of your design for approval before production begins.

 

Can I choose different sizes and quantities in one order?

Absolutely. You can mix and match sizes and quantities to suit your team or group.

 

Will colours look exactly like they appear on my screen?

While we aim for accurate reproduction, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen differences and printing processes.

When is payment due?

Final balance must be paid in full before delivery.

Can I return custom apparel?

Due to the personalised nature of our garments, custom orders are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or defective.

 

What if there’s a problem with my garment?

If there is a fault or printing error caused by us, we will remake or replace the item at no cost. If the error was made during your customisation, the customer is responsible for remake costs.

 

How do I report a faulty item?

Email us with a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos to support your claim.

 

What are the conditions for returning a faulty item?

How long do refunds take?

Our polyester micromesh fabric may shrink by up to 5%.

🖌️ What type of customization is available on products with indigenous artwork?

We offer specific spaces on each product for you to add your brand, logo or custom text.
The overall indigenous artwork design layout is standardized to maintain artistic integrity and authenticity.

☑️ Can I modify the indigenous artwork placement or layout on the product?

No. The indigenous artwork and its placement are predetermined and cannot be altered, ensuring the cultural authenticity and artist-approved arrangement.

⭐ Where can I place my brand logo or messaging?

Each design features designated blank areas specifically for adding your customised content such as club logos, names, numbers and sponsors. These areas are clearly defined in the product templates provided.

🖊️ Is full customization ever available?

Full customization, including changing the indigenous artwork placement, colorways, or sizing, is available only for large volume orders (minimum 100 units per product type).

🖥️ How do I submit my branding/logo files?

Please submit your artwork in vector format (e.g., AI, EPS, PDF) to ensure the best possible print quality. Our team will guide you through the submission process after your order confirmation.

💬 What if I don't have my logo available in vector format?

We offer artwork conversion services for a nominal fee. Contact our sales team for details and assistance.

🍃 Do I need to get approval from the indigenous artists for my custom design?

No. The spaces for branding have been predetermined and pre-approved by the artists, ensuring cultural integrity and respect.

🔒 Are there any guidelines or restrictions for branding content on these products?

Branding content must be respectful and culturally sensitive, aligning with ethical
practices. Our team will review content during the approval stage and advise if
changes are necessary.

↩️ What is your return or refund policy on customized uniforms?

Due to the customized nature of these products, returns or refunds are generally unavailable unless there are manufacturing defects or clear deviations from approved artwork. Issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
