Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Faulty Items

If an item purchased from our online store is faulty, you are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Change of Size – Pre-Order Items

Please note, items ordered through our pre-order system are custom-made. Once the ordering period has closed and production begins, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To avoid sizing issues, please refer carefully to our sizing guide before placing your order.Pre-order items typically take approximately 6 weeks to manufacture, plus an additional week for delivery. Please keep this timeframe in mind when ordering.Return postage to our warehouse is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note this policy applies only to online purchases.Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 21 anvil road, Seven Hills 2147 NSW Australia.

Refund Payments

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 10 days for processing. Refunds will be made via the original payment method through a secure payment gateway. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 1-2 days for the refund to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Shipping costs will also be refunded if the returned goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@teamfirst.com.au.Our Returns Policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Pre-Order Shops

Orders placed during a pre-order window cannot be altered once the ordering period closes, as production begins immediately afterward. Pre-order items require approximately 6 weeks for production, followed by an additional week for delivery. Please consider this when placing your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products (such as custom personalized apparel) cannot be returned.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
