Vector vs Bitmap:

• Vector (AI, PDF, EPS): Preferred for clarity, scalability, and editability.
• Bitmap (JPG, PNG, TIFF): High-resolution (300dpi minimum) for detailed images.

Colour Matching:

• PMS: Recommended for accuracy.
• CMYK: Suitable backup.
• RGB/Hex: Converted by us; proof approval required.

Fonts:

• Convert text to outlines or include font files.

Resolution:

• Large graphics: 300dpi.
• Smaller details: Minimum 150dpi.

Pre-flight Checklist:

• Outlined fonts or attached files
• Vector preferred, bitmaps at minimum 300dpi
• Clearly labelled colours
• Bleed and safe zones clearly indicated
